Any Wayne County resident who is a US military veteran can apply for this program at the Department of Veterans Affairs office in Honesdale with their DD214 and identification. Pike County resident veterans can find out more at the county's Veterans Affairs office at 514 Broad Street in Milford PA, see a representative of the office on the first Tuesday of each month at the Lake Wallenpaupack Visitor's Center in Hawley or at their website.
